During ZBookShelf's current single-seller launch period, a book purchased on the Service may be returned for a refund or a replacement within 14 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund or replacement, contact us at contact@thesynapselabs.com within that 14-day window, referencing your order.

A failed or expired download link is not a refund situation on its own — it's a delivery issue, and it's fixable. Contact contact@thesynapselabs.com and we can issue you a fresh download link for a book you've already purchased.

Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a refund right broader than the 14-day window above, that law controls over this policy to the extent it applies.
